We will come back to with a guaranteed quote and the availability of your requested room(s). Your reservation is guaranteed once you received your guaranteed quote and an amount equal to one night's accommodation charge is deposited into our bank account.
Cancellations within less than 48 hours of expected arrival, will result in forfeiture of deposit paid. If certain conditions are met, part of the deposit will be refunded.
The balance of your account needs to be paid in South African Rand on your arrival. Regrettably we do not accept cheques or credit cards.
